The state (and the public) love passing the buck.
Nobody asked the women (or men) to get employed in jobs that are beyond the
limits of whatever. Strange that fat salaried employees get all nervy when it
comes to moving around in a city with facilities and safety a million times
better, than the 1.1 billion others who dont have any transport for most of
the day or night.
Ofcourse If a company provides transport (or any other facility) it is the
responsibility of that company to ensure proper service.
Reminds me of a protest by employees, when marked late, when the contract bus
was delayed. The facility was provided because of inadequate public
transport. The company simply discontinued the service and provided a travel
