We should ask this question:  why spend money on Windows at all when BOSS is
sufficient.  What are the reasons for pre-installing windows in the first
place?  And then install antivirus as well?  What are the reasons why they
felt BOSS is not sufficient, if at al they have any arguments.  can we ask
this kind of question under RTI?
