Also, Most Important Aspect that I see for "Content" is
* Availability (whether it  comes from public wiki, commercial way) = yup
Copyleft (kind of SA)
* Re-Usability (all other to reuse and available to all) = allow remixing
* Author Credit (any form of Credit for Author) =

Any licence which fulfill above 3 criteria will best licence to use it.
Just imagine what facebook did ??
They invented "Share" button which allow one click sharing of resources...
daily I see lots of funny images and many many useful articles and stories,,
GOD know what is the licences of these articles and images and Normal
facebook public do not care about licencing hurdles. only lawers like the
legal guidelines and licences. Normal public just want a single one click
method of content sharing and remixing without legal hurdle.

WHAT If , If we able to create that "share button" for Internet !!
