making available different styles of learning, providing choice to student,
providing flexibility in age, time, pace breaking geographical barriers
5.4 Enabling Infrastructure
To enhance the maintenability, preference will be given to thin clients i.e

properly accounted useful efforts and tangible outcomes.
A system of collecting requirements of demand will be maintained on
the web in a transparent manner. A ToDo list of requirements will be
maintained . Open process of bidding and allotment for
